Superior Boat and Motor is located in Stanton Michigan, in the heart of the “Great Lakes State.” Our factory trained and certified boat repair technicians are prepared to service most brands.
Steve and Dawn Buchholz are the owners of “Superior Boat” and have been involved in the marine business for over 40 years. They have an extensive background experience with all brands of boats and motors.

Our Staff
Brent Border - Outboard Repair Specialist, has experience with Yamaha, Mercury, and Mariner: outboard systems, two and four stroke outboards, drive systems, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
Darrel Campbell - E Bikes Sales & Service, has experience to help you choose the right e bike, or repair the one you have. Darrel also works in winterizing/shrink wrapping boats.
Derek Buchholz
is the son of the Steve Buchholz, he has grown up around the business and is currently “Five star Certified” in Yamaha, Mercury, and Mariner: outboard systems, two and four stroke outboards, drive systems, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
Owner Steve Buchholz, rounds out the service department and is “Five Star Certified” in Yamaha, Mercury, and Mariner: outboard systems, two and four stroke outboards, drive systems, fuel systems, and electrical systems, he also has extensive experience with Mercruiser sterndrives.
